Step 1

If it’s a renovation, we will come and see you on site, get an idea of what you would like, check what appliances you will be using, and then measure up. If it’s a kitchen for a new house, we will ask you to email us the plans, talk to us about what you have in mind, and what appliances you will be using.

Step 2

A concept plan will be drawn up and you will be invited to our factory to discuss it.  Most of the time our concepts are very close to what the client wants.

Step 3

We will then take you upstairs to our showroom and show you some of the products you could use that would work well with your design.

Step 4

After talking over the concept plan, we will make any changes you ask for and then invite you back for final approval.

Step 5

The project will then be priced and you will be asked for a 50% deposit.

Step 6

Once the new kitchen is ready for painting, you will be invited back to our factory to see the fully set-up kitchen. We will go through it all and ensure you understand everything. Once you are satisfied with the project to this stage, then we will ask for a further 45% of the cost.

Step 7

Once your kitchen is painted, which can take up to 2 weeks your kitchen is ready to install. We allow 2 days for the installation. After installation, the bench top is then templated & will be installed 10-15 working days after templating. When completed we will ask for the final 5% of the cost.
